I have found that when i use a plugin  (simple image gallery pro plugin) that the menu system works up UNTIL you click on an article that contains the code for the above gallery. (*example of code: {gallery}whatever folder you have images in{/gallery}


After that, the menu fails to drop down. The main top menu is still clickable but the mega menu features / dropdown links do not appear.

What do I need to tweak / change to allow this gallery in my articles without messing up the nice mega menu. There must be a conflict somewhere. Im using ja portfolio from joomlart btw.

ps; there are options for different styles of gallery. Its when i choose the jquery ones that the problem occurs. Not the case with mootools options, they work fine.
However, the jquery ones do look much nicer thats why id really like to find a solution
Any help appreciated.

If there is a java script conflict with your Mega Menu the solution is either to disable it or using a different pop up engine in SIG PRO.
